The West Wing rooms at the Yuma Civic Center rent for $8 an hour, 3 hours minimum and each additional hour only $8. This includes tables and chairs, set up and take down, iced water service (with cups) and the clean up. The West Wing is situated overlooking Desert Hills Golf Course and has restrooms conveniently located at both ends.  

The room capacities vary according to seating arrangement:
Classroom - 44

Theater - 90

6’ Rounds - 30

U-shape - 30 (conference set-up)

Rooms have retractable projection screens, private outdoor entrances and adjustable lighting.
